Workshop of Pierre Pacherel and possibly by Augustin Blanchi

Year: 1866

Region: Nice, France

Augustin Blanchi worked with Pierre Pacherel in the mid 1850s and the influence from Pressenda, which Pacherel was associated with, was particularly strong in this violin. Made on a Stradivari model and accurately finished using excellent materials. Varnish of a dark red hue with a glossy finish.

Violin is suitable for players with a strong right arm and its ability is enhanced when you approach the violin with a focused bow contact.
